Five years ago, my body completely shut down.
After years of chronic stress, burnout, adrenal fatigue, and fibromyalgia, I reached a point where I couldn't simply push through anymore. My body was asking me to stop.
For a long time, I thought I just needed to try harder, stay positive, or become more resilient.
What I discovered changed everything.
My body wasn't working against me.
It was trying to protect me.
As I learnt how to regulate my nervous system, release stored trauma, and reconnect with my body through somatic practices, breathwork, and embodiment, I didn't just feel calmer. I became a different version of myself.
The woman who once struggled just to get through the day now travels the world, leads breathwork journeys, supports hundreds of people to reconnect with themselves, and lives with a sense of safety that I never thought was possible.
Today, that's the work I share with others.
Not because I believe you need fixing.
But because I know what it feels like to be exhausted from holding everything together, and I also know what's possible when your body no longer has to live in survival mode.
